Tools for Working with ISD’s

Along with a shared vision and common goals, a key component of the Collaborative’s successful partnerships has been clarity and transparency of the commitments used by the Collaborative when entering into a agreements with any partner. At the outset of a project, the expectations are defined and provided in written form. This ensures that each partner is fully aware of its commitments and provides for the smooth execution of the project. Provided below are two sample agreements.

The Collaborative also ensures that in its planning and execution of the work, it provides districts with clear agendas for any undertaking. For example, recently, the Collaborative facilitated a College Readiness Summit for the El Paso Independent School District intended to help the district in the creation of a College Readiness Plan. Below is the agenda of the Summit.
