Viewing and Live Performances from the newly released DVD, ”My Story.” Professor of Piano and Jazz, Ruben Gutierrez walks us through the memorable accounts of his life, often

times accompanied by original compositions. Join us as one

of the greatest jazz musicians and classically-trained pianists shares

his view points on music, composition and life’s philosophies. Professor Gutierrez will also perform some of his favorite pieces from the movie, and you will be thrilled to hear the glorious tones coming out of UTEP’s newly refurbished

piano. An evening to remember, the DVD will be available for purchase immediately after the show.
