Shoko High School: Commercial and Technical
It started in 1943 offering technical
courses for boys only. In 1949 a commercial curriculum was added
the school became coeducational. In 1955 the school became municipal
and a night school was added as well. High school students that
enroll in the technical curriculum take architecture coursework,
electronics mechanic, civil engineering or machine operations. Those
in the commercial curriculum take information processing, accounting,
marketing, or business information.
