 Artemis is the goddess of nature and wildness, always
a virgin (physically and psychologically). She was Apollo's twin, the older daughter and
powerfully self-sufficient. At the age of three, Zeus asked her what gifts she most desire.
Her wantings were just eternal virginity. Artemis never moves from the adolecescent
