Project Timeline
§ September 13, 2009 – Team got together to discuss what we type of project we were going to work on and create the rough draft.
§ September 20, 2009 – Work on the rough draft as a team.
§ October 5, 2009 – Turn in rough draft proposal to Mr. Ghosh.
§ October 16, 2009 – Make changes to rough draft proposal to correct mistakes. We needed to clarify goals, how we were going to monitor success, and how we were going to market it to the UTEP community.
§ October 23, 2009 – Finish making corrects on rough draft proposal.
§ November 02, 2009 – Submit corrected changes for project proposal to group so they can revise document (defining scope, goals, budget costs, project participants, required participants, and requirements).
§ November 04, 2009 – Met with Professor Ghosh to discuss how we were doing on our project, and he made some recommendations.
§ November 05, 2009 – Arlene emailed team to documenting changes that need to be made to proposal.
§ November 06, 2009 – Team got together to discuss web layout for new web page, and discuss what major changes will need to be made.
§ November 08, 2009 – Maribel created and emailed the new layout for webpage design to team. Arlene made corrected changes, and Edna also responded.
§ November 11, 2009 – Arlene emailed the zone administrators, TIMS, Michelle Thomas, and Arleene Barrios requesting information about how to get our webpage advertised. Arlene emailed the team to let them know responses.
§ November 11, 2009 – Gabby visited Mr. Ghosh to show him marketing strategy.
§ November 12, 2009 – Arlene was responding to the zone administrators and TIMS.
§ November 12, 2009 – Arlene emailed team to reassign duties for each member in the project.
§ November 18, 2009 – Daniel emailed his portion of information he created for the webpage to the team so Gabby can start creating the webpage.
§ November 18, 2009 – Arlene assigned some more duties to the team in order to complete the project on time.
§ November 18, 2009 – Arlene met with Gerard D. Cochrane to ask him why the Security Awareness Page needed to be created in the first place.
§ November 20, 2009 – Arlene met with Gerard D. Cochrane to discuss budget costs and specifications for the webpage.
§ November 22, 2009 – Team submitted their portion of information so Arlene could create project draft, and have it ready for Mr. Ghosh on Monday.
§ November 23, 2009 – Meet with Mr. Ghosh so we can show him what our status on the project is.
§ November 24, 2009 – Gabby finalized web page design and sent it to the team.
§ November 25, 2009 – Corrections for logical design, decision analysis, and physical design were made by team and resent to Arlene so she can include it in the final paper.
§ November 29, 2009 - Edna and Arlene worked on webpage designs for 4 hours.
§ November 30, 2009 – Present project in class.
