RIA Checkpoint: WG&L Financial Reporting & Management (FRM) Library:

Provides complete full text access to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) publications, including Professional Standards, Technical Practice Aids, Audit and Accounting Guides and Audit Risk Alerts.
Provides complete full text access to the Financial Accounting Standards Board's (FASB) publications, including: Original Pronouncements, Current Text, EITF Abstracts, Implementation Guides, Exposure Drafts, and Comprehensive Topical Index.
Provides full text access to GASB (Governmental Accounting Standards Board) literature. Includes Original Pronouncements, Codification, Exposure Drafts, Implementation Guides, and a Comprehensive Topical Index.

NOTE: This is a different login URL than the regular RIA Checkpoint that we have now. This is because we only have 2 simultaneous users for FASB, 2 simultaneous users for GASB, and 35 simultaneous users for AICPA. The access is “walk-in” so no UN/PW is needed!

AUTHORIZED USERS:

Access to this database is restricted to current UTEP faculty, staff, and students. Off campus access is available via two methods: 1) the free UTEP Internet Service (dial-up access only), and 2) the Library’s Proxy Server (requires valid library patron record and PIN). If you have any problems with your PIN or Library patron record contact the Circulation Desk at 747-5672 or 747-5674.

TO ACCESS AICPA, FASB, OR GASB MATERIAL:

1) If you are in the Research Tab, in the right hand corner you will see links to "Search" and "Table of Contents". Click on "Table of Contents". Click on "WG&L Financial Reporting & Management (FRM) Library" and then click on "FRM Source Materials". Once in the source material you can open AICPA, FASB, or GASB to see all the contents. You can then just keep drilling down or check the boxes and search just those chapters.

2) This product allows printing, e-mailing, or exporting to MS Word.
