 Recommended Grids

  For cryo-EM, we recommend SPI  Quantifoil R2/1 Micromachined Holey Carbon Grids, 200 Mesh

  For materials science, we recommend Ted Pella lacey carbon supported grids catalog number 01895-F.  

  If you need tweezers, we recommend PELCO® Pro High Precision, extra fine tips, superior finish catalog number 5367-5NM.  

Grids must remain completely flat and unmangled when preparing them. Bent grids are not acceptable for TEM.
