We develop and apply computational chemistry methods, with a focus on:

• nucleic acids in biology and nanotechnology
• design of molecules with high-affinity target binding

• Our new papers are online in JCIM and JACS, reporting our ongoing work on carbon nanotube sensors and PFAS interactions with proteins.
