I was born in El Paso, Texas, and proudly raised in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. I am a person who lives and embraces two different cultures daily. I easily switch between speaking Spanish and English. One day I am watching a Netflix series, and the next day I am watching El Chavo del 8, I can have traditional Mexican food for lunch and a hamburger for dinner. Such is life on the border. There is honestly no cultural preference for me between the United States and Mexico, because I truly belong to both. This has broadened my interests and knowledge over the years, making me a person who can appreciate different things and is open to new experiences. I am constantly learning and trying new things.
This has allowed me to polish my graphic design skills and implement those abilities in a variety of projects and activities. I feel it is incredible that this passion has evolved even further in order to solve more complex problems and give solutions in the form of visual communications. Moreover, this is how I was introduced to the field of media advertising, by applying that knowledge and skills into this field that goes hand in hand with graphic design, combining both carreers into something I enjoy doing.
