Introduction Heavy Metals (HM) contamination is a pressing issue in almost every modern day city that hosts industrial activities and/or large populations. Street Dusts are deposited through a variety of methods; 1. Natural Sources 2. Unpaved Roads 3. Industrial Activities 4. Mechanical Breakdown of Automotive Parts This website is meant to describe the proposed research to be conducted in El Paso, TX during Winter, Spring, and Summer months of 2007-2008. This research will be in used to produce a Masters Thesis which will satisfy the requirements for a Master of Science in the Department of Environmental Science at the University of El Paso at Texas.
