SIED 5323 - Societal Context of Science EducationStudent Web Sites- OverviewEach student is tasked with designing, developing, and reflecting on an appropriate grade level problem-based learning curiculum that focuses on a current topic in real world science and focuses on specific concepts found in science. The purpose is to have you demonstrate an understanding of problem-based learning as associated with inquiry based science that is appropriate for your current classroom. Each Student will post their materials on a self-developed Web site that will encompass the development of a beginning problem-based learning curriculum unit following the provided outline. Included as links within the site will be the content from the 2 reasearch papers, associated activities that fit into the scope and sequence of the project, and appropriate reference materials. Each student will have 10-15 minutes to present their materials and to field questions from classmates. Student Web Sites- Spring 2007
