This set of posters were created for Terras Gauda Wineries to promote wine tourism in Spain.My concept behind both of these posters came from researching their culture and their festivities. Upon research I came across different characters that people embody during certain festivities, one being El Cigarron and the other La Pantalla. Both of these have a unique mask that accompanies a costume. I decided to focus on these masks specifically because the festivities are unique to the region and added wine and grape motifs to meld both ideas. Overall, I wanted the set of posters to have a unique cultural reference to the region as well as a festive look to promote tourism.
